Having said that our fees are very simple – no set up fees and then £1.80 per payslip!  There are minimum fees for very small payrolls but these are £195.00 for monthly and £295.00 for weekly payrolls.

We are confident that we are the cheapest in the UK.

This fee includes the following: -

• Input of all basic pay details from time sheets or such as salary, overtime, bonus etc.
• P45-P46 starter and leaver processing.
• Calculating tax & National Insurance liabilities, processing Statutory Sick pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), attachment of earnings orders, pensions and student loans.
• Calculation of net pay.
• We will provide each employee a payslip.  These will be emailed or mailed to the employer for distribution.  Or we can send each employee their payslip direct (additional charges apply).
• Full reports to summarise periodic payroll in simple terms.
• Advice on HM Revenue & Customs payments.  We will send you details of what needs to be paid to HMRC.
• Year end returns P35, P60 and P14s across the internet.
• Deal with all correspondents and queries from all government departments and your employees.
• We can process by BACS your employees pay (additional charges apply).
